Our Rehearsal Management add-on ensures your wedding ceremony is smooth, organized, and worry-free. Here’s what’s included:

• Guiding Ceremony Sequencing: We'll conduct a full run-through of the ceremony, making sure every participant knows their cues and understands the flow.

• Coordinating Entrances and Exits: We'll time each entrance and exit precisely, allowing the wedding party to practice seamless transitions for a beautiful procession.

• Instructing the Bridal Party: We'll provide clear direction to each member of the bridal party, walking them through their roles and positions. 

• Supporting Special Guests: We'll work with special guests—like parents, flower girls, and ring bearers—to ensure they feel comfortable, understand their roles, and are prepared for their moments.

• Synchronizing Music Cues: We'll align your music with key points in the ceremony, rehearsing transitions to create a flawless experience.

• Troubleshooting and Providing Technical Support: We’ll be ready to handle any unexpected issues with timing, equipment, or music to keep the rehearsal on track.

• Available for weddings beyond a 75 km radius of Kingston, ON, with a fee of $3.00 per additional kilometer traveled to cover additional time, travel, and logistical fees. 

• Additional charges may apply if an overnight stay is required.

For couples who want every detail flawlessly set, our Precision Placement add-on ensures your reception tables are styled to perfection. We carefully lay linens (including tablecloths, runners, and napkins), as well as all cutlery, glassware, and tableware (in addition to your table decor, which is already included as part of every standard service package). Each piece is placed with precision and care, following standard North American/European table setting conventions—unless you’d like us to follow a custom arrangement instead.

From where to eat and drink to what to see, do, and explore, we’ll take care of the research so your guests can make the most of their time in town.

Your Field Guide can include local dining and nightlife recommendations, cafés, attractions and activities, transportation tips, and suggestions for how to spend the downtime surrounding your wedding festivities. Each guide is professionally designed to complement the look and feel of your wedding, incorporating your colours, typography, and overall aesthetic for a polished, cohesive extension of your wedding stationery.

Every Lab needs an assistant!

​

Including your pet in your wedding should be memorable; not another logistical detail for you or your family to manage. Once your pet arrives onsite, our team will coordinate their involvement in your day, including ceremony positioning and cues, photo coordination, short-term supervision, and handoff to your designated person or pet-care provider.

​

You arrange transportation to and from the venue and provide any necessary supplies; we’ll make sure your four-legged member of the wedding party is in the right place at the right time for their moment.

The Lab Assistant Add-On includes up to 90 minutes of on-site pet coordination. The Wedding Lab does not provide pet transportation, extended pet-sitting, feeding, medication administration, or offsite care.

The moments you didn’t get to see, captured as they happen. While you’re busy getting married, there’s an entire wedding unfolding around you. Throughout your coordination coverage, our team will capture candid, behind-the-scenes phone footage: from the room coming together and guests arriving to the reactions, celebrations, and little moments happening when you aren’t looking.

 

After your wedding, we’ll send you the usable raw clips so you can experience your day from a perspective you didn’t get to see firsthand. No posing. No shot lists. Just authentic glimpses of the day as it unfolds.

The Archive Add-On provides incidental, documentary-style content captured at the discretion of The Wedding Lab team while performing coordination services. It is not a substitute for professional photography, videography, or dedicated content creation. Specific moments, individuals, shots, trends, quantities, or types of footage cannot be requested or guaranteed.

Distance shouldn’t mean missing the moment. For loved ones who can’t celebrate with you in person, we’ll coordinate the logistics surrounding your ceremony livestream so they can still be part of this special milestone.

Our team will establish a livestream link, coordinate setup timing, incorporate livestream requirements into the ceremony timeline, and start and stop the livestream recording of your ceremony. 

​

The Transmission Add-On is contingent on your venue having high-speed internet access. As we are not responsible for the internet capabilities at the venue, we cannot guarantee the quality of the audio or video. Video will be recorded using an iPhone or similar device on a tripod.
